For my 2021 Graduation Cap, I went with the theme of combining UCF with my favorite mecha franchise: Gundam. To further personify the combination, I created a hybrid character of both the UCF Mascot Knightro and the Gundam named "Atlas". Atlas is the allusion to its namesake where he's holding the world, which is depicted with Atlas "holding" the UCF Pegasus logo.
I felt that it was fitting t design a grad cap that really felt more like "me" and I am embracing that. It's crazy but I love it and I will continue to hold on to embracing myself as I take on a new chapter after college.
