My first projects with AIAA UCF is to design them a club shirt. The main criterias that they request are to have a design that encapsulates all vehicles that associate with aerospace engineering(rockets, planes, drones, and hovercrafts) and depict all elements in a dynamic fashion based on previous designs that the club has favored.
With the criterias in mind, I accepted the challenge and got to work. The way I achieved the dynamic aspect of the design is through the use of perspective and scale. I made the rocket(the most iconic vehicle associated with aerospace) as the largest focal point with the rest of the vehicles coming behind. It was tricky to balance the composition as I didn't want the rocket to overtake the design as I want to be inclusive.
Through perspective, I made all elements look as if they are flying out of the AIAA symbol to have it look as such and to further tie the design to the club.
